Event Details: Applications are now live!

Where

We’re excited to announce our annual Winterfest craft fair and vendor show on February 7th, 2026! We invite crafters and vendors to apply, but please note that participation will not be on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, applications will be evaluated based on product originality, quality, and alignment with our community-focused theme. There are only 20 booths available, and we received close to 100 applications last year. We encourage prompt submissions as we aim to create a diverse and engaging experience for attendees. Thank you for your interest! We will be collecting applications until December 21st, 2025 and then will let you know if your application has been selected via email by December 23rd, 2025.

We will also be a SoupFest participant, with the highest traffic beginning at 12:00 pm when the competition begins. Soup served until it runs out!

Vendors

Public

  • Open to the public from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • This is a FREE event to the public.
  • Cost: $100 per 10 x 10 foot booth. Each vendor will have the opportunity to choose their preferred 10 x 10 booth spot upon arrival. We offer two different set up times on Friday & Saturday morning. 
  • Vendor must provide their own equipment/tables. Chairs available upon request. 
  • $100 fee to be invoiced electronically following application and approval.
  • Due to popularity, all fees are non-refundable and the deadline to pay invoice is January 2nd, 2026.
  • If invoice is not paid, the booth will be available to other interested vendors.

Additionally, we kindly ask all vendors to refrain from early tear downs to maintain the integrity of the event.
